Ms. Ruthel Ross transitioned on Wednesday January 15, 2020 at her residence in Philadelphia, PA. She was 87 years of age. During her life time she worked as a seamstress in the garment industry. She will be missed by her children and other relatives and friends. A home going celebration will be held on Thursday January 23, 2020 at Mount Airy COGIC, 6401 Ernest C. Morris Way, Philadelphia, PA 19126. The viewing will begin at 9:00 am with the service to follow at 11:00 am. The interment will follow at Ivy Hill Cemetery 1201 Easton Road, Philadelphia, PA 19150.
