Barbara A. Smalls, a cherished soul, departed this life on Thursday, December 25, 2025, in Philadelphia, PA, at the age of 78. Her absence will be profoundly felt by her devoted family and close friends who were fortunate enough to share in her journey.

In celebration of her remarkable life, a funeral service will take place on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church located at 230 W. Coulter Street, Philadelphia, PA 19144. The community is invited to pay their respects during the public viewing from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a service at 10:00 AM. Barbara will be laid to rest at Northwood Cemetery 1501 Haines Street, Philadelphia, PA 19126, following the service.
