David S. Carruth

Mr. David Carruth  transitioned on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 in Philadelphia, Pa. He was 59 years of age.  He was born on April 12, 1960. During his life time he was a Musician.  He will be missed by his family and other relatives and friends. A service to honor his life will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Second Baptist Church of Nicetown 3837 Germantown Avenue Philadelphia, Pa. The viewing beginning at 10:00 am and the service to follow at 11:00 am.  Interment is private.  Please remember the family in your prayers.
