Ms. Evelyn T. Rowe  transitioned on Friday, April 24,2020  in Philadelphia, Pa. She was 90 years of age. She was born on May 1, 1929.   She will be missed by her family and other relatives and friends. A Virtual Funeral  Service to honor her life was held on Monday, May 4,  2020 at 10:00 am.   The interment was held following the service at Washington Crossing VA National Cemetery 830 Highland Road Newtown PA.
