With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful of Fatima Alisha Tracee Leaphart on Saturday, November 1, 2025, in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, PA, at the age of 46. Fatima was a radiant spirit whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of many. She leaves behind a treasured legacy, deeply loved by her family and cherished friends who will carry her memory in their hearts forever. Fatima proudly served in The United States Air Force. 

In honor of Fatima's remarkable journey, a Home Going Service will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at the Corinthian Baptist Church, located at 6113 N 21st Street, Philadelphia, PA 19132. The doors will open for visitation from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with the joyful celebration of her life commencing at 11:00 AM. Following this tribute, she will be laid to rest with Military Honors at Ivy Hill Cemetery, 1201 Easton Road, Philadelphia, PA 19150.
