Horace McCullough transitioned on Thursday, December 29, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA at the age of 79. He will be missed by his loving family and friends. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023. The public viewing will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a service to start at 11:00 am at Rhema Deliverance Cathedral 1201 W. Lehigh Avenue Philadelphia, Pa. The interment will held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 9:00 am at Washington Crossing VA National Cemetery 830 Highland Road, Newtown, Pa.
