Mr. Matthew Christopher Moore transitioned on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, in Philadelphia PA at the age of 51.  He will be missed by his loving family and friends. A Home Going Service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at New Journey Christian Center COGIC 5725 Ardleigh Street Philadelphia, PA. 19138. The viewing will begin at 8:00 am to 9:30 am with the service to follow at 9:30 am. Interment following the service will be held at Ivy Hill Cemetery Chapel 1201 Easton Road Philadelphia, PA 19150. Please remember the family in your prayers.
