Rev. Dr. Joseph Jeter, Sr.

Rev. Dr. Joseph Coleman Jeter, Sr. was called from labor to reward on Sunday August 25, 2019 in Philadelphia, PA. He was 88 years of age. Rev. Jeter was born on July 5, 1931 in Philadelphia. He was honorably discharged from the United States Airforce. God  anointed him to become a Missionary Evangelist along with his wife Catherine E. Jeter. He founded "Have Christ Will Travel Ministries" an international, interdenominational faith Christian Mission. He will be missed by his wife, children and other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday September 4, 2019 at New Covenant Church of Philadelphia, 7500 Germantown Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19119. The viewing will begin at 9:00 am with the service to follow at 11:00 am. Burial with military honors will be held at 9:30 am on Thursday September 5, 2019 at Washington Crossing VA National Cemetery 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA. 18940.
