Williams W. Jefferies, Jr.
Mr. William Woodson Jefferies, Jr. passed away suddenly on Monday January 16, 2017 at his residence. He was 68 years old. Born in Gaffney, South Carolina, he retired from SEPTA. William also was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps. He loved his family and faithfully visited his father William, Sr. to check up on him after the passing of his mother. He was a good son , father, brother and he will be truly missed. A funeral will be held on Saturday January 28, 2017 at Christian Hope Baptist Church, 923 N. 26th Street, Philadelphia, PA. 19130. The viewing will begin at 9:00 am with service to follow at 10:00 am. Burial with military honors will be held at Chelten Hills Cemetery 1701 E. Washington Lane, Philadelphia, PA. 19138. Please keep the family in your prayers.
