Ms. Jacobi Annette Carroll transitioned on Sunday, August 13, 2023, in Philadelphia, PA at the age of 41. She will be missed by her loving family and friends. A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023. The public viewing will be held from 8:00 am to 10:00 am with a service to start at 11:00 am at Highway Church of Christ Pilar & Ground of Truth, 712 Welsh Street Chester, PA. The interment will follow the service. Please keep the family in your prayers.
