Kathleen Manley

Kathleen Marie Wesler Manley was born on September 26, 1964 in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania to the late Paul Robert Wesler and Lois Ann Grace Weiser and stepfather David Bruce Weiser. 

She was educated in different school systems; Pottsgrove, St Gabes and graduated from Boyertown High School in 1982. She was baptized at St. Ann’s Church in Phoenixville and her First Holy Communion & Confirmation was at St. Gabes in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. 

She had many different jobs from secretarial, sales, waitressing and office managing and nursing. Kathleen enjoyed shopping, the beach, watching the Philadelphia Eagles play, and making sure that everyone was taken care of. Her treasured memories included spending time with her children, grandchildren,  family and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her father Paul Robert Wesler; son, Justin Betts; grandparents, Leo and Lourn Grace, Dauis and Betty Emery Wesler; a cousin, John Kulp.

Her memories will be cherished by her husband, Timothy Manley; daughter, Chelsea Manley Baxter wife of Terrell Baxter; son, Timothy Manley Jr.; mother,  Lois Ann Grace Weiser; stepfather, David Bruce Weiser; grandchildren, Terrell Baxter Jr., Grace Anna Baxter, Elias Baxter; honorary grandchildren, Amadiah and Jessiah Sanders; sisters, Kelly Moser wife of David Moser, Kolleen Putalavage wife of Vince Putalavage, Kerri Wesler Penberth wife of Tom Penberth,  aunt; Barbra Schlegel wife of Jim Schlegel, Mary Lou Grace wife of the late Jim Harbach, one brother; Kevin Weiser, uncle Leo Grace Jr. husband of Francine Grace;  nieces, Ashley Wesler, Kim Moser, Jayden Weiser;  nephews,  Aaron Putalavage, Blake Wesler;  great nieces, Kaydence, Abby, Aliah, Chasity, Ava; cousins,  Cindy Kulp Becker, Jim Kulp, Tim Kulp,Stephaine Catonzarite, Matthew Schlegel, Marie Schlegel, Steven Grace and Shannon Sematis. 

Church and Cemetery services are private.. A public memorial service will be held on September 16, 2020 at 10:00 am at Gablesville Athletic Association, 2 N. Funk Road, Boyerstown, PA 19512. The memorial will be live stream weather permitting and if inclement weather, the services can be viewed on your cellphone device.
