I met Bill (Billy) when I was a kid and his family lived next door to my grandparents. He and his sister became fast friends with my sister, brother and me. We went to high school together and then reconnected years later via Facebook. Bill was a great man whom I cared for deeply. Bill loved his family and was loyal to his faith. His sense of humor and deep voice were infectious. I was saddened to learn of his passing. On behalf of my parents, Calvin and Regina Montgomery and family, our prayer is that the family can eventually find peace and even smiles when they recall the loving memories they share.

Dear family, we know this is a difficult time. We pray good grants thou peace and comfort during this season. Will was a friend, a brother and a true man of God who was always consistent in his representation of the relationship he had with God. He shook everyone's hand every morning regardless if it was a good or bad day, if he felt good or was tired. The Lowe's family in New Castle were already missing him due to the promotion and transfer to the new store. Now we'll miss the text messages, the Barry White voice, the Kool-Aide smile and the jokes. We know he's in the Lord's Hands with no more medical challenges and he's joined the heavenly choir. We will lift you all in prayer.

To the Burrell Family -
We are saddened by the loss of William "Big Bill" Burell, Jr. He was such a nice man, and a gentle giant. He not only assisted with ushering in the spirit every second Sunday, he also made sure we all made it to our cars safely after bible study each week. He will be truly missed. I thank God that we were able to have him even if only for a short time. Thank you Mom and Dad Burrell and Sis for sharing him with us even during his final week as we flooded the hospital with visits.
We will continue to pray for and with you during this time.

Rob and I are from NJ and we moved to DE because of my husband's friends Bill's influence and encouragement. Recently we were looking at pictures from Genesis' birthday party when she was a toddler and who was on the grill helping my husband at the cookout? Bill Burrell. When my son was an infant and it was time for him to be dedicated to the Lord, my husband said, the Godfather has to be my buddy Bill Burrell. The list goes on, and we bless the Lord for knowing Bill and for his influence on my children, who know him as "Uncle Bill". I could still see him at Lowe's and hear his voice say "what's up Sis". I could go on because we've had plenty of great times, he was our Brother Beloved and our prayers are truly with his family and loved ones.
